first of all the first part of the dlc still isn’t working for me, the “free cosmetics” will not download, I don’t have anything. Yes, I preordered, platinum and yes i have the storage space. i’m about to say fuck it all

Hey, sorry you're going through this! Can you clarify what you mean by "first part of DLC"? Are you referring to today's update OR Heist and Hazardous update from last month?

At the time of writing I was referring to Heist and Hazardous, but upon checking neither of them are available to me. I am using PS4 console.
