Why is co-op mode so buggy The one Xbox one and my Friend is on the Xbox series x thinking this game is cross generational

Dear Volition, unlike many of my fellow Saint’s fans, I tried to hold onto hope and only asked that you add the BloodSucker Pack to the game. In exchange I would buy the game on PC and Console. That never happened so I won’t be buying the game.

Hey! Everytime me and my friend try to play coop in the reboot the whole game crashes! We've been trying for months! Any suggestions?
