@EllieVioletta and I about to absolutely MURDER breakfast before a wholesome time in SR4 (it crashed at this frame btw. @DSVolition pls patch the game. With My Steelport being down it crashes whenever it tries to connect periodically.)

what platform are you playing on?

PC. Using the Non-Workshop beta build. As far as we've deduced, it's an issue with the game trying to connect to the online services, for stat and character sharing. We're using an emulator from the modding forums, but it's not perfect.
