@DSVolition Hopefully I can get someone to answer, but I'm having trouble saving my second character(SR4). I wanted to make a female character and I spent a lot of time making her, but as soon as I save her to the character gallery it just sets her to the default how to fix this?

Since you mentioned the gallery, it sounds like you are speaking of the Re-Elected version which was done by a different studio. Deep Silver support should be able to assist:
