Curious, will the dlc be pay for or free with hotfix? Also, when reading about performance/stability are minimum/recommended specs going to change?

The DLC will be included and integrated seamlessly into the base game. It will be free if you own the game. Requirements are likely to change, but we don't have any information to share yet on that.

Yes, they will be part of the base game with the update. You own the game, you own the DLC.
