@DSVolition is the saints row 4 on the switch included at launch because i have played to the point where i'd be able to access the dlc but i'm not able to use any of it, why is this?

While we created the original game back in 2014, we were not involved with the Switch port. Your best bet would be to contact Deep Silver support on this:
