Joining in on the speculation I wouldn't be surprised if the next saints row was a reboot or revision. A return to form of sorts and focuses more on the gangs while still keeping that balls to the walls type of game prevalent. Super excited to see what volition has in store!

While a new Saints Row sounds good. It'll be really hard to beat perfection Aka Saints Row 2. Which I hope will be a remake at one point
