That particular game is not a Volition title. Even if it were, we are not involved with sales and regional availability. Deep Silver support may be able to assist though:

We aren't involved with ports or remasters of our older titles. The SR3 remaster was done solely by Sperasoft. When we say a new game, we mean just that.

Not from us, no. Previous remasters like the recent Saints Row: The Third were outsourced by our Publisher to Sperasoft.
