If you're talking about the Switch version, that port was done by Deep Silver Fishlabs and we were not involved. It is our understanding that they are working on a fix though.
The Punisher game is dear to our hearts, and we would love to see that happen too. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be from us, as we no longer own the rights.
