Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Unfortunately, we did not work on the Saints Row IV: Re-Elected port which was done by an outside studio. Deep Silver support should be able to assist though:

The update is to fix issues with the game. It is not a remaster. If you own the game on Steam you will have access to this fixed version for free when it releases.

You're barking up the wrong tree. We no longer own the rights to the Freespace IP, and haven't for quite some time.

That's a marketing thing not a studio one. As far as we know, nobody actually forked over the cash for it.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. While we created the original game, we are not involved with any of the work on the Xbox Gamepass PC port of Saints Row IV.
