Sorry to hear that you are having issues. We didn't actually work on the port though, which was done by @DSFishlabs. Our understanding is that the patch coming this week does fix subtitles though: deepsilver.com/en/saints-row…

While we did create the original, we didn't actually port it to Switch. It was @DSFishlabs who did all the work on it.
