The PC version supports Ansel if you have a Nvidia card which does just that. Unfortunately, there are no further updates planned for the game on any of the platforms.

Generally speaking, we don't do ports of our games. For example, SR3 for Switch is being handled by @DSFishlabs and we aren't involved.
Just a note that we confirmed the individual SR2 DLC was missing on the PS store for South Africa, and reached out to the digital team for any insight. We'll let you know once we have more information on this.

It was not something that was ever put up by us or our publisher, but rather a different license holder and that license expired. We are looking at the possibility of putting them up ourselves.
