The PlayStation 4 does not do backward compatibility. Saints Row 2 is part of the PS Now service though.

We're already celebrating early with the addition of backward compatibility on Xbox One. You can also check out our Tumblr where we are posting SR2 concept art all this month: volition.tumblr.com/
Even if we did have the resources, the port was done by a different studio and we do not have the source code which was lost in the bankruptcy auction.
