There's a big difference between someone actually guilt tripping you and when you're damaging someone's mental health and they're trying to tell you. It's very important to understand that difference and see when it's happening.

Hello yes parents, random thing on my mind, but don't take away stuff from your children if they have something like a social anxiety disorder and are having trouble doing stuff you find easy to do. It doesn't help and likely inflicts more pain on them than it does help.
