I have to admit it, I really love having autism. I used to be really upset about "not fitting in", but now that I have easier access to my fixations and interests and the closest supportive friend I've ever had, I feel like I wouldn't be as happy if I didn't have autism y'know

I used to wish that people would be able to get rid of it sometime in the future. Especially during school. But now I feel like I wouldn't be where I am today without it. I love having my interests and having people care about them lol

Always remember that being born with the struggles of autism is never your fault. You cannot control what happens to you at birth. I also have it, and I am in a great position in life currently, much better than when I was in high school.
