I have to admit it, I really love having autism. I used to be really upset about "not fitting in", but now that I have easier access to my fixations and interests and the closest supportive friend I've ever had, I feel like I wouldn't be as happy if I didn't have autism y'know

I used to wish that people would be able to get rid of it sometime in the future. Especially during school. But now I feel like I wouldn't be where I am today without it. I love having my interests and having people care about them lol

SO TRUE BESTIE!! I've tried way too hard to "fit in" and it just results in me just being flatout miserable. So as long as you do what you like doing, I believe you can lead yourself to a happy life

same with my ADHD, it can be annoying especially in school, but it gives me such random ideas to do things and i love it
