Um... let's see. Usually I try and willpower through it (not healthy) but some of the other things I might try and do is stim. Also try and focus at something else that may be in the room instead and shut my ears to block out noise (if I'm alone in the room). Hope this helps?
okay this is a weird one but you’re going to have to trust me, my friend is a hypnotist and taught me it: imagine your pinky toe popping off and running in circles. don’t question it i don’t get it either but it always works.
