Okay I feel like I'm being gaslit. Apparently, most people hated the multiplayer in every previous Mario game because you could interact with the other players?? I thought that was the thing that people loved about it. Am I crazy???

It seems to be 50/50 on whether people enjoyed it or not. I enjoyed the feature, but I can understand why people didn't like it. Especially in 4 player, having people constantly be in your way of the platforming can potentially be annoying at times.
