This is literally in the U.S laws. News in any format are not allowed to present any form of bias and are only allowed to spread just that; the news. Flooding the news with your harmful bias opinions is just not legal lmao

If you look at news stations such as CBS News for example, they simply deliver the facts about the case. They don't deliver opinions on political matters.

And unfortunately it's not just trans people, Fox News in general have an extreme right wing bias as you can tell by their headlines and other ways of broadcasting. If you compare their way of telling the news to something like CNN, there's a vast difference in formatting.
