there's definitely others I'd genuinely want, but i think it'd be be fun if an Arcade GP track were added too (don't even know if Nintendo's allowed to though haha)

I personally really want Super circuit's rainbow road, it has a nice Paper Mario reference and those bouncy strips that go all the way around its edges making for really fun saves and cool creative shortcuts. Good music too, but that's a given for rainbow road.
