Super Mario Starshine will NOT feature FLUDD! Although I did try importing the model for fun. It doesn't really work perfectly as expected. This video is just a showcase of what FLUDD would look like if it was in Starshine, that's all.

it looks cool tho, maybe add it as a secret unlockable feature? just the model itself tho, not any added gimmicks

I will definitely reference FLUDD in this mod although making it an equippable item I'm not too sure about. Not every animation works well with it
