Guys if YouTube were actually removing the heart feature they would have made an announcement like they did with the removal of dislikes and annotations.

Well even if it is a bug, spreading the word to YouTube is something we should be doing.

They know. Team YouTube has actively responded to the complaints and have said it's a glitch.
