Oh you thought PayPal couldn't get worse? Let's see.
I managed to get in contact with PayPal customer support, they said to take it up with my bank, which I did. My bank filed a dispute and my bank KNOWS it was an unauthorized transaction. PayPal STILL THINKS IT'S AUTHORIZED

- PayPal denied my appeal saying that I had an unauthorized transaction for $200
- I had to deal with BOTS as their customer support team
- When I did get in contact with a human, they said to contact my bank
- My bank asks PayPal to give me my money back
- PayPal denies

they think that i made the payment of 200 dollars, despite there being significant proof my account was hacked. especially when my bank literally contacts them directly asking for my money back.
