I made a purchase on PayPal two days ago and PayPal successfully emailed me about the payment and receipt. However, they neglected to tell me about the payment that the hacker who stole my money made. So they got away with the stealing for 2 weeks until I found out. Disgraceful.
The only reason that I found out about it being hacked was because I was checking my balance on whether or not my funds were transferred to my banking account yet. In fact, I didn't even use PayPal to find out my account was hacked, it was just in my payment listing in my bank.
