When my Email account was compromised, Google told me the account was hacked the MOMENT it had happened. That's how I knew it was hacked in the first place. I lost my 200 dollars 2 weeks ago because PayPal sent me no notification whatsoever about the payment or the hacking.

ok.... sooo you mean to tell me, that somebody logging into my account, stealing 200 dollars and spending it, ISN'T unusual activity. but ME trying to get MY money back IS unusual activity???? WHAT

The only reason that I found out about it being hacked was because I was checking my balance on whether or not my funds were transferred to my banking account yet. In fact, I didn't even use PayPal to find out my account was hacked, it was just in my payment listing in my bank.
