what's a good sleep schedule to have? i wanna start waking up earlier, but i also don't want to go to sleep late either. it feels like my days are just being taken away from me because i wake up and then it's time to go to bed again.

I've always wanted to have an 11-8 schedule, that's what sounds perfect to me but it's different for everyone
