i worked out today and i nearly passed out from a 5 minute warmup but i will keep going and share my progress ig, i need to get more in shape, but i don't want masculine muscles so i think cardio is my best option honestly

Well instead of focusing solely on cardio, you should also consider toning your muscles, not just building them up. It will also burn the fat off of the muscles that dont see much exercise from sole cardio
