I feel like when my videos are first uploaded is when they do the worst and if they don't do well in a week, they don't do well at all. If they have a successful launch within that week, they blow up in popularity. At least according to what my analytics is telling me.

Even if the video starts out poorly, if I can just get like a lot of people to barge into the video at once during that one week span of it being uploaded, it should be good for the rest of the time the video is pushed out on YouTube.
