Cool thing about CTGP is that if your disc is scratched, you can plop game files into the My Stuff folder where the disc is trying to read files from and it'll overwrite the specific section that's scratched so you can play it without a problem.

So if you made a backup of your disc before it was scratched onto your computer, you can take game files from there and put them back into the My Stuff folder and you can play without any problems!^^
