This is roughly what I would do (don't steal it or you'll never learn), but I hope it gives you an idea.

I couldn't find the exact sprite you used, so sorry I had to improvise :3 Other than that, you gotta make the text stand out good for mobile users and have a higher quality logo image. Also have the sprite much bigger so people could see it. Make it pop and don't have a dark bg.

The text is glowing because that's what you want people to see the most out of the entire thumbnail. The glow lets the text stand out more making more people want to click.

Of course though, you could probably use a lower quality logo image in this case because the text needs to stand out more than anything else. Otherwise it all sorta blends together lmao This is why you make the thumbnail multiple times to catch mistakes like that xd
