Hey. I'm hoping this doesn't sound controversial, but I'm asking for everyone when they're associating with me to not use tone indicators besides /j, /s, and /srs. I don't have all of them memorized and it actually makes it harder for me to detect the tone.

This doesn't mean to stop using them for everyone else though, but just for me please. I can detect tones pretty good through text, but when tone indicators are involved and I don't have them memorized it makes it harder to detect what tone is for what. /srs

I can pull up the list of all the tone indicators, but it's like studying stuff y'know? It's really hard to remember things like that. I tried phrasing this as nice and gently as possible so I'm hoping it doesn't sound rude or anything.
