Just realized that the two holes at the top of the outlet are different sizes and that's why a phone charger needs to be plugged in a certain way for it to fit :3

Only if they're polarized. Not always the case. Of course, if it has the ground (rounded) prong, then obviously it can only go in one way.

A phone charger? None of my phone chargers have been like that. It's usually more high power devices, like vacuums and waffle makers, that have that ime.

Yeah its been like that for a while iirc. Idk shit about electricity so im not aware as to why, but i assume itโ€™s to stabilize current somehow
