I had this a few months ago in both eyes, it’s a blind spot (where the brain has to fill in the gaps). Is it in both eyes or just one? If it is one eye it could be a sign of a migraine, but it may not come, both eyes then idk

Part of it seems to be in one eye and less extreme, the other seems to be in my left eye and its mear unbearable.

Also, where in the eye exactly is it (is it in the direct bit you look at, or the surrounding area, and if the later, how far from the centre?)
