There has to be something going on inside of Nintendo itself for them to take down this much stuff in a span of less than a month honestly. It doesn't make sense.

No this is not the case, Nintendo has always been like this. Also Bowser is just the America Nintendo President. Everything from the claims mentioned above are copyrighted from Nintendo Japan.
