Listen, point of advice here. Instead of plotting something behind another person's back to ruin their reputation, why not go up to the person first and tell them what's wrong and the problems you have with them before ruining them?

If I ever do anything wrong, please inform me on what's wrong so I can make improvements on my life and learn from my mistakes. Its much easier on the both of us than going and picking out problems and attempting to ruin my entire reputation and mental health. Thank you.
