Do pushups and eat a baguette. For real though I don't really have the method but when I am feeling down I lie face down on the floor and my cat always come to me. She always lie beside my head. I think she is trying to cheer me up?
I’ve always found asmr videos (cooking, slime, kinetic sand, etc) and making miscellaneous little crafts always help with mine. (Though for me as long as it’s something to keep my hands busy it helps)
