Am I the only person in the world that is scared of Super Mario 64? Like I'm only good with the first floor of the game, but anything after that I'm terrified because of the Boo that jumpscared me as a kid in the hallway by the Basement.

it feels so empty, sure a few toads and that's about it. it's filled with empty grand hallways, rooms, and not to mention that terrifying boo. isle delfino, the comet observatory, starship mario, etc all feel lively because there are actual people there

Nah it was like that for me. Except instead of being good at the first floor, I'm half okay at various levels throughout the game and can only get 67 stars with a bunch of grinding
