If I had to guess, this probably means two things. 1. We can get Custom Skins in Smash Ultimate with modding 2. We can bring the skin over from Ultimate to Minecraft

No, I'm saying with a little bit of work we can bring the Ultimate Steve skin to Minecraft as a skin. Although not entirely sure, I'm not 100% certain on how skin creation works.

But... Ultimate Steve is from Minecraft As are all of his skins Im more interested in the reverse

Yea, but it would be interesting to see the Ultimate skins in Minecraft regardless. Even if they looked the same.
