I don't think u need to take it like that... He probably (hopefully) means that most trans people he has seen in the community are "mentally fucked up". Ur drawing conclusions too quickly.....

The only reason that he's claiming that Luma isn't, "mentally fucked up" is because Luma agrees with him.
By "one of the few" he means that any trans person who agrees with him. Luma is a trans person who agrees with him.

He hates any trans person who doesn't agree with him. Luma agrees with him.
There isn't any context to give and no words were twisted.
