As of 29 January 2019, the Geometry Dash community has waited longer from 2.1 to 2.2 than from 1.0 to 2.0. If the update is not released by 22 June 2020, this will include the waiting time for 2.1, meaning that 2.2 will have taken longer than every previous update combined
