I wanted to play the new tracks, and I had been voting for it for 40 minutes but never played it. So, either this is very shit RNG (it happened again on the next race so probs not) or it just was played on another room and the game made me change rooms? No clue

or it could be because of the 16 race grace period where if you play the track once it won't get picked for another 16 races.
