nintendo's staff ghost order makes no sense. they got through the first 9 staff ghost and then once they got to the double digits they just became disorganized with the track order.

don't forget that easy staff ghost exist too. this list was documented from easy staff ghosts, but it shares the same number as expert staff ghosts. so they could of done easy staff ghosts before expert staff ghosts.
