i know a lot of people don't like daylight saving time, but i do. this time change fixes a lot of my anxiety problems believe it or not. yes, as strange as it is, i get anxiety attacks from the way the sun is positioned. its odd, but its true believe it or not.

in october when the time changes, the sun goes down way to early. just seeing the sun set in a different position compared to when it does earlier in the year makes my body heat up and sweat A LOT. which is pretty much how my anxiety attacks come in.

i really don't know what causes this, but i am BEYOND happy that i get to see the sun set at a later time than when i get home from school. i still get anxiety about the sun positioning at times, it just isn't as bad as when it changes in october.
