hey y'all i have a request for you.
instead of using he/she when not knowing the gender of the person you're referring to, can we use they?
like in the student handbook at school it says, "if he/she did_____" instead of that can we say "if they did_______"
that's not a valid response. give me an actual reason as to why this shouldn't be a thing.
if you can't think of amything other than "because no" you just want to cause drama and get attention.
