a youtuber by the name of MrBean35000vr has gotten 3 false copyright claims on his YouTube channel. i am speaking on behalf of him because he is not on twitter. the claimer had claimed copyright for mario kart tracks shown off in the video, which are a property of nintendo.

the claimer is NOT affiliated with nintendo, the purpose of this person is to simply troll. two of the affected videos can be found here youtube.com/watch?v=_wTxuKoH… youtube.com/watch?v=Q_uX0tA2…
a counter claim has been filed, but yet was denied.

the claimant has been contacted, but no response. the email in which was claimed under is euletxyz123@hotmail.com which is a personal email.
soon after, we have learned that a youtuber that goes by the name of WATorran has had 35 videos taken down by the same person

the claims for WATorran were the same as MrBean35000vr's, claiming the tracks in the video. the tracks in the videos are owned by nintendo. fan art is not shown either. this person is again, not affiliated with nintendo.
