Yeah, my Wii was bought in 2009 and it did have the channel. It's basically an info video about the WC24 channels, the Wii Shop and WFC. And the song is a banger

the wii i got in 2017 didn't have it either. maybe it was on the wii in just that small time frame :P

It is understandable because the European version of the channel is 1700 blocks. All the versions are on the MarioCube website and several have been uploaded to YouTube anyways :p
