That's also true, just have to wait until the pandemic is over I guess for in person tournaments. Which sucks yea, but I guess that's how it'll be.
Yea Ultimate didn't really make sense to take down. Perhaps it was because they shutdown the entire event because of Melee? No idea.

Well yea and Nintendo loves their community, but at the same time its... illegal. Its highly debatable honestly, either side could be correct. There would be other tournaments though, people just gotta patient.

Using pirated ISO's and ROM's are illegal and Nintendo are in their right to shut it down. Plus you don't need emulation to keep old games alive, just look at CTGP :P
