By "one of the few" he means that any trans person who agrees with him. Luma is a trans person who agrees with him.

The only reason that he's claiming that Luma isn't, "mentally fucked up" is because Luma agrees with him.
Here's something interesting if you've had any doubts that this person is transphobic.

The thing is, he only validates people he likes or agrees with him. Like Luma, for example. Lowercase needs to understand that he can't just pick and choose who to validate just because that person disagrees with him.
