Try installing it on another console it may be your Wii/Wii U if that doesn't work try getting another SD Card. I have a 16 GB SDHC Sandisk card. Or it could be the Homebrew channel. Try these and see if this works.

So in my latest video the quality is 720p. I found out that it wouldn't process based on how big the file was. The bigger the file, the less quality. So yeah that file was small so it could be processed.
