Never thought about this, but related to lifting… I’m curious how low-G and daily ISS routines impact your mobility; more specifically “range of motion” for movements like squats. Better or worse?

I’ve been trying to be better about stretching - I think I’m overall a bit less flexible than when I left Earth, but hoping it will come back quickly. Can still go deep on squats.
